ALL APPLICANTS need to supply identification including individuals, shareholders, beneficiaries, directors, and ultimate beneficial owners.
SELF MANAGED SUPERFUNDS need to supply a trust deed.
COMPANIES and CORPORATE TRUSTEES need to supply an Annual Company Statement and/or a current ASIC Company Extract.
TRUSTS need to supply a trust deed.
Are you an existing client?
You may need to provide additional identification. Please be prepared to provide 100 points of identification. For example, if you used your Australian driver’s licence to create an account, you would need to provide another 40 points (like your medicare card) to bring the total up to 100 points.
