10 Ounce Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions
Competition Period
The competition starts on 10 December 2024 and ends on 26 January 2025.
Prize
The prize is a 10 ounce Queensland Bullion Company silver cast bar. The prize cannot be converted into cash but may be sold back to Queensland Bullion Company at the current market price at the time of sale. The prize will be delivered within Australia at the company’s expense, or it can be picked up from the Maroochydore showroom from 21 January 2025.
How to Enter
Entrants must submit a Google review. The review must be sincere and posted within the competition timeframe. Participants who meet the eligibility requirements and submit a review within the specified period will be included in the prize draw.
Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all qualified entries. The winner will be contacted after 20 January 2025 through the contact details linked to their Queensland Bullion Company account.
Eligibility
Participation is open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or older. Entrants must reside in Australia and provide a valid Australian residential address. Participants must be customers of Queensland Bullion Company and have completed a transaction with Queensland Bullion Company within the past 12 months. To participate, customers must post an authentic Google review about their experience with GBA during the competition period. Only one review per individual will be counted as an entry into the competition.
Verification
The winner will need to provide proof of identity to claim the prize. Queensland Bullion Company reserves the right to verify the winner’s eligibility, including validating the authenticity of the review and confirming the participant’s age.
General Conditions
All standard Queensland Bullion Company terms and conditions apply. Queensland Bullion Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these terms or who attempts to interfere with the competition. Queensland Bullion Company is not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or incorrectly directed.
Shipping and Collection
The prize will be delivered within Australia at Queensland Bullion Company’s cost if the winner opts for shipping. Alternatively, the winner may collect the prize from a Queensland Bullion Company showroom.
Privacy
By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their personal details by Queensland Bullion Company for purposes related to the competition. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, unless required by law.
Modification and Termination
Queensland Bullion Company reserves the right to alter or cancel this competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.
