We understand that our remote customers need more flexibility than our local customers and have made sure that there are no disadvantages when it comes to products or pricing.  Once you have chosen what you want, we simply email an invoice to you.  When you pay your invoice via bank transfer or at a bank our delivery processes automatically starts and you can expect your package to be posted within two business days of us receiving your payment. It’s that simple!

• Online  The most convenient way is to buy and sell with us online via an account.  Lock in products and pricing anytime, anywhere, at your convenience, even after hours or over the weekend.

• Telephone. You can also call us during business hours.  We are happy to provide traditional, person-to-person service in helping you set up an account and placing an order.

• Face-to-Face in Maroochydore. If you want to develop a personal relationship, come and visit us in person.  Avoid the capital city chaos if you want to buy or sell gold and silver at Queensland Bullion Company.  We are only a quick 13 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport, or en route if you travelling south by car.
